Located in the heart of Vancouver’s vibrant West End, our Barclay project skillfully transformed a 430-square-foot studio into a stylish and functional living space. One of the standout features of this renovation is the refinishing of the original parquet floors, which we revitalized in a rich espresso brown. This not only enhances the warmth of the space but also pays homage to the building’s mid-century heritage, celebrating its unique character while providing a contemporary backdrop for modern living.
